Lance Chandler – Executive Director ~ 100% volunteer

Lance is the Chief Technology Officer for NCS Power, a leader in lithium polymer battery pack technology. NCS Power is deploying manufacturing facilities in both Mexico and China in the next two years, and is in the process of filing twenty new patents. Lance has been a pioneer in leading battery technology since the 1980′s.

Douglas Chandler – Financial Manager ~ 100% volunteer

Doug has 31 years of banking experience which included being a Vice President for a major banking firm. Douglas is currently the Managing Member of a property management firm, The Allyn Group, LLC specializing in Commercial and Intelligent Properties and Consulting Firm.

LeAnne Erdelbrock – Farm Manager ~ 100% volunteer

LeAnne holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree. She has been involved with horses for several years and has currently become an active student of clicker training. She is involved with maintaining farm operation and has an in-depth understanding of budget management.

Sharon Chandler, AAM, CPIW – Grant Program Manager ~ 100% volunteer

Sharon recently retired as a Registration Specialist from a local hospital, worked 31 years in the insurance industry and has an Associates Degree in Automation Management

Kenneth J. Yucha, AAS IT Web Development ~ Webmaster ~ 100% volunteer

I have recently graduated with my Associates Degree of Applied Science in Information Technology with a focus on Web Development. I have been creating and maintaining web sites for over a year now and truly enjoy the aspect of creating web sites/pages. I have opted to become the webmaster for this web site, maintaining all updates and features within, and will be tutoring other administrators on updating content where needed. I will be continuing with my education and acquiring my Bachelor’s Degree in 2012.
